        广东欣红实业股份有限公司的前身是桃源鹏程陶瓷工艺厂，地处百年瓷乡——大埔县桃源镇，是工艺陶瓷专业生产企业，属大型民营企业，中国陶瓷工业协会会员，省级民营科技企业，大埔县陶瓷行业协会会员;注册资金1380万元，总占地面积21000多平方米，厂房建筑面积13800多平方米，资产价值1500万元。于2013年在整个梅州内率先建造节能环保电能旋转隧道窑，产品产能，质量得到明显提高。现有员工230多人，其中专业技术人员80人，约占34.8%;内设行政、质检、开发、生产、仓库等6个职能部门;拥有一支素质优良、技术过硬的研发队伍，具备完全自主研发设计能力，不断推进技术、产品创新;年综合产能达8000多万元;主要生产以青花工艺瓷、缠藤工艺、色釉中温工艺瓷、漆彩艺术瓷为主的四大类陶瓷系列产品，品种达1500多种，主要畅销欧美市场;自主产品商标“欣红阁”在中国内地、中国香港、美国、欧盟等国家和地区注册。
